New Found Love

It is that part of the year where it rains cats and dogs and foodies like me throng for the hot samosas and jalebi's. But at times it feels after a long break from work its time you pen down your memories. So here I go.

The house-wife's life can be strenuous to people like me.From long drives, travel and adventure to staying back at home for someone to accompany you to step outside is a huge jump. While we dream and plan for something from life it shows us that it had a totally different approach towards us. And there you go all blank for sometime until you re-route yourself to the destination awaiting you. At times it seems good to follow your desired plan against all odds but life does teach you its better to adapt yourself to the condition you are put into. I may sound confused but you realize what really lays ahead only when you are crestfallen and a dim light guides you to a new page in a new book. Especially with the Indian Society its for the girl to adapt, its for the girl to act and its for the girl to survive.

Zahir...

I love being friends with you....
I have other friends but none of them are special to me as you....
Only you know my most personal dreams,
My deepest fears, My greatest joys
And my biggest heartaches....
I talk to other friends about everything,
But I save my heart-to-hearts for you....
I cant tell by the expression on you face
That when you say you share my joy,
You really do, juz' as when you say
You understood my disappointment....
I cant tell by the look in your eyes that you are sincere....
I have a lot in common with other friends, but,
Somehow I feel so much close to you and....
You and I have much more in common....
We laugh at some memories, and,
Share the same ideas, and even though.
I will always have other kinds of friends,
We share, And we love sharing it
With someone as sensitive and supportive,
As warm and caring as you!!
